This group found themselves in a resort all their own as we helped them buy out the entire property — exclusive just for them! The whole hotel was branded just for them. The resort they selected featured Hollywood-inspired decor — so we planned a VIP welcome fit for stars, with superheroes greeting them on arrival day and “Hollywood” stars with the award winners’ names on them all throughout the lobby. Program highlights included exploring the beauty & adventure of Costa Rica with offshore fishing (the giant Marlin and Dorado were fan favorites), zip-lining, hiking majestic waterfalls & rainforests, horseback riding, and kayaking in bioluminescent bays. Plus, attendees enjoyed local beer tours, supporting the Costa Rican community by visiting the special local artisan market we organized on-site, testing their luck during a thrilling casino night, dancing the night away at a glow-in-the-dark silent disco party, reveling in poolside fun with dance-offs, belly flop contests, unexpected flash dances, snow cone treats, and being wowed at the finale night consisting of a multi-tiered dinner experience complete with dancers, drum lines, performers, and surprise fireworks!

The survey results are in, and this one was definitely a winner. Award winners loved the easy access to the crystal Bahamian water and the opportunity to learn more about the local culture on this stunning island. The celebration started with a pirate-themed welcome reception (fun fact: from 1690–1725, The Bahamas had the greatest concentration of pirates compared to any other Caribbean country, including the famous English pirate, Blackbeard), and throughout the week winners sampled local rum at John Watling’s Distillery, snorkeled and scuba dived in the turquoise waters, enjoyed a golf outing on Paradise Island, and attended an awards night that left everyone full of excitement. They were transported by boat to a private island for the awards ceremony and dinner, where they enjoyed an authentic Junkanoo street parade just for them (Junkanoo is a festival that holds a lot of significant history dating back to the 17th century).
